Maintaining a Health Scalp-Can it Prevent Hair Loss???

We look at our hair daily and either love it or hate it.

Easily enough we can get it cut or colored to make us feel better about ourselves.

But....How often do we think about taking care of our scalp??   A healthy scalp is vital to beautiful, healthier-looking hair.

Washing and conditioning our hair with a gentle shampoo will:

  • Gently cleanse without removing necessary moisture.
  • Help restore hair’s moisture balance.
  • Leave a refreshing feeling.
  • Help improve manageability and shine.

  • Taking care of our scalp takes a bit more time.  Appling a tonic and massaging it in will help to increase circulation to the scalp and revitalize the scalp and encourage healthier, fuller-looking hair.

Try Noevir's Revitalzing Herbal Hair Tonic

My husband did and his hair started to grow back after being bald for over 20 years

Noevir’s high-quality Revitalizing Herbal Hair Tonic was developed to help condition and revitalize the scalp and encourage healthier, fuller-looking hair. Eleven herbal and botanical extracts were carefully formulated to create the optimum condition for hair revitalization.

The light, non-greasy formula, with its cool menthol fragrance, leaves the scalp refreshed, clean and hydrated. This product was developed for men and women who want to improve the appearance and condition of their hair and scalp.

Another key to help thinning hair is to make sure you are getting enough protein and digesting it properly.  Bad digestion can lead to a loss of key nutrients.  I encourage you to take a digestive enzyme with your meals to make sure you are getting all the nutrients from your meal.  Contact me to help you find which is best for you.  geddes.julie@gmail.com

    Want A Great Looking Neck??

When it comes to skincare we tend to focus on our face and neglect our neck and decollete.

    Do you want this?

    Or this???

Like the face, the neck's biggest enemy is the Sun.  The skin of the neck is thinner than the rest of the body so is more readily damaged by sun exposure. Some of the first signs of aging in the neck area are the development of pigmentation and loss of elasticity.

Here's how to ensure that your decollete does not give away your age:

    1.  Avoid fragrances on your neck.  You may not know this, but many fragrances contain compounds that result in pigmentation upon exposure to the sun.

    2. Stand up Straight.  Posture is everything when it comes to the neck.  Poor posture contributes to double chin and sagging along the jaw line.

    3.  Every day stretch your neck.  This helps prevent "cordiness" of the neck.  Also from sitting all the time our back rounds to the front.....toss your shoulders back and stretch your back and neck.

    4.  When outside in the sun wear sunscreen that not only has UVB (SPF) protection but UVA (PA+++)  You can even get sun damage on a cloudy day so it is important to wear sunscreen whenever exposure occurs.

    5.  Treat pigmentation.  Noevir's Blanc Beaute goes deep into the skin layers to repair damage and reverses the signs of skin aging.

    6.  Treat your neck and decollete just like you do your face.  Cleanse, exfoliate, tone, moisturize and protect.

Start Now.....You will be Glad You Did!!!

    Chemicals are Endocrine Disrupters

Think about how many chemicals we come in contact with every day.  We touch something at the grocery store and we immediately go for the disinfectant spray or wipes.  We handle cash, open a door, use a public bathroom.  We try to quit smoking and we apply a nicotine patch.  Our hormones are out of balance and we apply a hormone cream.

Our systems can be interupted at any time by chemicals in products we use.  Our skin absorbs everything we put on it and can get stressed.  The first time I was introduced to topical hormones I knew immediately they were working because I felt better...I even loved my husband again!!!  Do your homework at ewg.org to make sure the skincare line you are using is safe.  I use Noevir as it is the #1 herbal based skincare in Japan and also they go through all the testing to make sure the amount of ingredients in each product are safe for the human body.

    Massaging with Fingers vs: Machines

I have been reading alot lately about machines that help with cleansing the skin.  One of the comments after using these machines was "my face feels raw!!"  Now why would you want your face to feel raw???  Another person said "Have someone try it on you or buy it from a retailer who has a good retun policy."  Now that does not souund like something I would want to invest my money in.

With the use of our hands and fingers and the right product we can cleanse our skin more than any machine.  A good facial cleanser will clean the skin of makeup and impurities.  A good massage gel will deep clean without stripping the skin of essential moisture.  Nightly massaging soothes away tension as it helps boost circulation for increased elasticity and a healthy, glowing complexion.
With Noevir massage gel and foamy cleanser the comments I get are "My face has never felt so clean."  Another comment I got was "Is this a joke?  My face looks so good!"

I can teach you how to take 3 minutes a day and have your skin look and feel younger and more healthy! OR you can watch this video......  Massaging Video.

    Happy Cleansing
